Greenmodeling is participating in this innovative initiative to increase awareness and practice of environmental stewardship and sustainable, or green, living. We are partnering with neighborhoods, neighborhood associations and other civic and community groups to provide as great an impact as possible. The basics of the program are described below. If you are a community leader, consider partnering with us to green your community. Making homes greener can improve the sense of community, increase property values, lower utility bills and improve comfort. We provide significant discounts on individual audits to residents of partner communities.

If you are not a leader in your community, consider encouraging your leaders to partner with us so you can benefit from this discount. However, we don't want interested individuals to miss out if their community is not a partner. That's why we have created another discount scheme that is not dependent on being a resident of a partner group. We will provide discounts if a group of four or more homes in a common area can schedule audits for the same day.
