1) One of the main services we provide to realtors is a Comprehensive Home Energy Audit of the property(ies) being s
old by the realtor and/or the realtor's clients. The audit will provide recommendations on how the property can be made greener and therefore sell sooner and/or with higher value, two of the many benefits of our work. We will work with you and your client to determine which features are most appropriate for your aspirations. We can then augment this service by implementing the chosen recommendations.
2) Greenmodeling can similarly perform these services on the realtor's office(s). With the current market saturated with realtors, being green is a great way to distinguish yourself from the competition. Greenmodeling can consult on creative ways to promote these efforts to the public.
3) Also, we can offer the audit service for prospective buyers to give them an objective means of choosing the "greenest" house out of however many they are considering buying.
4) Finally, we may be able to link you with green buyers, sellers and builders.
